All sections requesting personal and shipping information must be completed in detail. Be sure to list the year, make and model of your vehicle.

Customer Number:

Enter your Customer Number in the Comment Section. If you do not have a Customer Number one will be assigned with your first order.

Payment:

Although personal checks are welcome, expect a two week delay in shipping due to clearance of check. Money orders, bank certified checks, Master Card and Visa may be used. Note: We DO NOT accept charge cards from countries other than Canada and the United States. Foreign orders MUST BE PAID by MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK in US Funds.

Shipping:

Minimum shipping is $11.50 US. Most parts are shipped via FEDEX in the USA, and Canada Post in Canada, however other services are available at your request. Shipping Costs are calculated at the time the order is placed and confirmed by E-Mail, Phone or Fax.

Orders under $50.00 carry a $5.00 handling Fee.

Additional Handling and Shipping Charges:

Oversize and heavy items require special handling and carry extra charges. This includes, but is not limited to such items as: bumpers, exhaust pipes, wood bed and bed strips, grills, fire wall covers, floor pans, tailgates etc. Extremely large items, such as fenders, doors and truck headliners may need to be shipped by Truck. Truck shipments within the continental US and Canada are shipped "Freight Collect" to the buyer. Shipping for light but large items is calculated using the "Dimensional Weight" system and may need to be shipped as 40-70 pound items. This system is established by the Carriers to determine the amount of space the items take on their trucks and freight charges are based on these determinations. "Extra" freight charges are calculated at the time the order is received and are confirmed by E-mail, phone or fax.

Merchandise Return/Exchange:

We at B&W Antique Auto Parts Inc. value your business and we will do our best to ensure that you receive the items you order damage free. All orders are double checked for accuracy however, we realize that on occasion you may need to return or exchange an item. A copy of our return/exchange procedures is included with your invoice. Read these procedures carefully before you inspect the contents of your package. Check your order carefully as all shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and must be in the original box or carton. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on certain items. B&W's liability is limited to replacement of the product or a credit of the purchase price to your account. Installation labor costs or shipping charges are not refunded. Literature, wood products, electrical parts, sheet metal and those items sold by the foot (cut lengths) are not returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. Items which have been installed, painted, altered or damaged in any form are not returnable. All returned items must be in original packaging and resalable. All " Special Order Items" (those items that are not listed in our catalogue) can not be returned.

Claims:

All damage claims must be taken up with the carrier. Please keep merchandise in the original carton for the carrier to inspect.

Foreign Shipment:

Foreign Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time the order is placed based on the Customers preferred shipping method.

Price Changes and Other Ordering Considerations

Due to supplier and shipping cost increases and decreases prices/costs are subject to change without notice.

Warranty:

  We guarantee to replace or at our option, repair any product or parts thereof which are found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment. Our obligation with respect to such products or parts shall be limited to replacement or repair and in no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages, or for transportation, installation, adjustment, or other expenses which may arise in connection with such products or parts. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
